Requests and appointments. Submitting a form on this site (for example, a free evaluation or financing request) is a request for us to contact you, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when our team reaches out and schedules a specific date and time with you.
Text messaging (SMS). If you opt in to receive text messages from Dental Fitness, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving treatment or any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. No published pricing. Because every treatment plan is different, we do not publish fixed prices on this site. Any figures discussed in a call, message or visit are estimates only until confirmed in writing after an exam.
